A welcoming primary school in Didcot is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their team and support pupils with additional learning needs.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll work alongside experienced teachers, providing support to pupils through:
Tailored 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
Supporting classroom activities and learning interventions.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Who Are We Looking For?
We're keen to hear from a Graduate SEN TA who has:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
A caring, patient and proactive personality.
Strong communication skills.
An interest in child development and special educational needs.
A genuine passion for supporting young people.Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm and the right attitude are what matter most!
