We're working with welcoming and supportive schools across Didcot who are looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated individuals to join their teams.
As an SEN TA, you'll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence and achieve their potential through tailored 1:1 and small-group support.

Confident working with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs.
A strong communicator and team player.
Flexible, proactive and committed to inclusive education.Experience & Background
Whether you've worked as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within a specialist SEN setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Previous KS1 or KS2 experience is beneficial but not essential. We're welcoming applications from experienced candidates and those looking to start their career as an SEN TA.

Pay: £95-£105 per day
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Days: Monday-Friday
