Our client, a successful automotive retailer in Barking, London, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join its busy sales team. This Used Car Sales Executive opportunity offers excellent earning potential, with an uncapped OTE of £55,000 and a rewarding benefits package. The successful Used Car Sales Executive will work within a professional and supportive dealership environment.

As a Used Car Sales Executive, deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process
Identify new business opportunities and follow up potential customers
Present suitable vehicles and finance products
Listen carefully to customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Use effective influencing and persuasion skills professionally
Work collaboratively to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Support the wider team in delivering an efficient sales operationRequirements:
Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Executive or in a similar automotive sales role
Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach
Strong communication, listening and customer service skills
Ability to influence and persuade customers professionally
Proactive attitude towards developing new business opportunities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
