Job Title: Production Operative
Location: i54 Business Park, Innovation Dr, Coven, Wolverhampton WV9 5GA
Job Type: Ongoing Contract with potential to move temp to perm based on performance
Pay Rate: £16.39 - £22.83 per hour (dependent on shift pattern and experience)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends off!)You will work across a 3-shift rotation (Mornings, Afternoons, and Nights). We will provide full transparency and support regarding your shift patterns as you join the team.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing modern luxury vehicles is a team effort. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training alongside friendly, experienced colleagues. On a daily basis, you will:
Collaborate with your team to assemble world-class electric propulsion systems and luxury vehicles.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain exceptional quality standards.
Spot opportunities to make daily processes safer, smarter, and smoother.
Take pride in maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-kept working environment for everyone.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
The ability to consistently follow set work sequences and safety guidelines (full training provided!).
Sharp attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and pick up overtime when needed.Desirable:
Previous experience on a moving production line or familiarity with continuous improvement.
Basic digital confidence or comfort using simple technology.
