Warehouse Picker / Packer 7028
Location: Cam, Dursley
Hours:
2PM to 10PM Monday to Friday
Plus a day every other Weekend 9AM to 5 PM
(Training will start on a day shift)
Salary: £26,000+ per annum DOE
Start Date: October
We are seeking three reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Picker / Packers to join a growing warehouse operation on a permanent basis. This role requires individuals who can work confidently and independently, follow instructions accurately and maintain a neat and organised working environment.
Unlike many modern warehouse operations, orders are picked from paper order slips rather than scanners. Some slips display product reference numbers only, so accuracy, concentration and the ability to retain product information are essential.
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Picker / Packer:

Accurately picking products using paper order slips and product reference numbers

Checking items carefully to ensure the correct products and quantities have been selected

Packing orders neatly, securely and to a consistently high standard

Preparing completed orders for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised working environment

Working independently to manage daily responsibilities and meet deadlines

Following warehouse procedures and retaining important product and process information

Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the warehouse

Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience would be beneficial
