Job Description
New Recruits are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy automotive parts distribution warehouse based in Banbury.
The role involves picking and packing automotive spare parts, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Picking automotive spare parts into warehouse trolleys.

Reading and accurately matching small serial numbers, product codes and part numbers.

Checking picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.

Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Meeting daily picking targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Requirements

Excellent attention to detail is essential, particularly when reading small serial numbers and part codes.

Good literacy and numerical skills.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy warehouse.

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.

Previous warehouse or picking experience is advantageous but not essential.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
What We Offer
