Private Client Tax Director | Route to Partnership

I am pleased to be working with a Top 10 accountancy firm looking to make a key senior appointment within its Private Client Tax team in East Anglia. This is much more than another Director role. The firm is looking for someone with genuine Partner ambitions, who can become a key figure within its regional Private Client practice and build towards wider leadership and Partnership.
Importantly, you won't be expected to arrive and build a client base from scratch. You will step into an established portfolio, working alongside experienced Partners and taking the lead on high-quality Private Client advisory work.
The client base includes a particularly strong concentration of landed estates, farming and rural businesses, providing interesting and complex work across areas including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
