The Opportunity
My client is a growing precision engineering business specialising in the manufacture of high-quality, precision-machined components for customers across a range of demanding industries.
Following significant investment in 2026, including the addition of five new machines to its expanding machine shop, the business is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Miller to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-invested engineering environment, working with advanced CNC machinery and producing technically challenging components to exacting standards.

Experience machining exotic and difficult materials would be beneficial.
-
CAM programming experience, such as Fusion 360, would be advantageous.
-
A time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification is preferred.
-
A methodical approach, excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
