We’re recruiting on behalf of an established marine supplier looking for a Junior Technical Sales Executive to join its experienced team. You’ll have current or previous experience in a hands-on marine role, such as boatbuilding, composites, marine coatings or paint, boat repair and restoration, chandlery or marine engineering, and an interest in developing your commercial skills.
Previous sales experience isn’t essential. You’ll receive full product and technical training, alongside support from an experienced team, to help you build a long-term career in technical sales.
Working across Southern England, you’ll support the technical sales team, build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities

Visiting boatbuilders, boatyards, marine manufacturers and other marine businesses.

Building and maintaining customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits.

Identifying new customers and business opportunities.

Providing product advice and technical support as your knowledge develops.

Representing the business at industry events and boat shows.
The role is home-based, with regular travel across the territory, occasional overnight stays and periodic office attendance
