Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for more flexibility, uncapped earning potential with competitive commission splits and enhanced rates for self-generated business?
Percom Financial Services is growing, and we're looking for qualified Self-Employed Mortgage Advisers to join our team.
Work primarily from home, with optional access to our South Croydon office whenever you need it. You'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads, dedicated administration support and competitive commission splits, allowing you to focus on client relationships and growing your income.

The Role
- Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain FCA and network compliance standards.
- Develop your own client base alongside leads provided by Percom.
What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser within a bank, brokerage or network.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A professional, client-focused approach.
