Production Operative / Machine Operator
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13p per hour
Milton Keynes
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Milton Keynes.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in production and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment following full training.
Carry out basic quality checks and report any defects.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Shift Patterns
Monday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday:
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm10:00pm - 6:00am - Night
