Corr Recruitment are working with a well-established client located in Andover. Our client is recruiting for a Forklift/General operative to join their fast-growing team.
Overview:
To assist with the day-to-day running of Machines, including Goods in and Goods out.
Rotating shifts:
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00
Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00
Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery
-
Loading and unloading materials from the machine
-
Goods inward documentation checking, goods checking and acceptance of all deliveries to stock using a warehouse management system

Ensuring the Manufacturing Manager is informed of low stock and other shortages which may require re-ordering
-
Assist with continual stock checks to ensure stock level accuracy

Organising the dispatch of finished goods and products

Drive, unload, and load using the company forklift when required

Manual handling, lifting and carrying heavy items

Following all health and safety guidelines
Required Skills:

Excellent time management

Previous warehouse experience

Forklift Licence
-
Proactive, team player with consideration of others

Ability to work on their own when required

High attention to detail and ability to achieve high levels of accuracy

Good communication skills

Positive 'Can do' attitude with the ability to be flexible, hardworking
