Location: Acton, West London (W3)
Pay Rate: £14.79 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
Contract: Temp to Perm
Strive Staffing Solutions is recruiting Production Assembly Operatives for a well-established manufacturer based in Acton, specialising in high-quality electronic safety and signalling equipment.
The company designs and manufactures specialist audible and visual warning devices used across industrial, marine, fire safety and hazardous environments, supplying customers worldwide.
This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role

Assemble electronic and electrical signalling products.

Follow production instructions and assembly procedures.

Handle small components and carry out hands-on assembly work.

Check finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Work as part of a busy production team to meet daily targets.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous production, manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.

Good attention to detail and a careful approach to work.

Comfortable working with small components and hands-on tasks.

Reliable, punctual and motivated.

Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
