Are you an experienced Safety, Health & Environment professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, high-profile motorsport environment?
We are recruiting a proactive Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to support operational activities, events and business functions across the UK and internationally.
The Role
You will play a key role in promoting a positive health & safety culture, ensuring legal compliance and driving continuous improvement across a diverse operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits, ensuring effective control measures are implemented.

Develop, implement and monitor health & safety policies, procedures and management systems.

Support offsite events, including motorsport, hospitality and promotional activities.

Manage incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.

Coordinate safety training, accreditations and occupational health programmes.

Provide expert advice and guidance to employees, managers and stakeholders.

Promote wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
About You

NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent.

3–5 years' experience in a similar advisory role.

Strong knowledge of UK health & safety and environmental legislation.

Experience with risk assessments, audits and management systems.

Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience in motorsport, automotive or manufacturing would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits

£48,000–£55,000 salary, dependent on experience.

Additional Information: Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, based in Milton Keynes, with occasional UK and international travel
