We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Renderer for an immediate start on a construction project in Manchester.
Responsibilities

Carry out internal and external rendering work to a high standard.

Prepare surfaces for rendering, ensuring they are clean and suitable for application.

Apply render to walls and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.

Ensure a smooth, consistent and professional finish.

Work safely and maintain a clean and organised working area.

Work effectively alongside other trades on site.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Renderer within the construction industry.
-
Valid CSCS card.
-
Own tools and PPE.

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Must be available for an immediate start in Manchester
