Facilities Assistant
St Paul’s School is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. St Paul’s School excels academically at both A level and GCSE, with some of the highest national scores, but it is the work beyond the curriculum that excites both students and teachers alike.
We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive Facilities Assistant to support the smooth daily operation of the School. This is a busy hands-on role involving a range of duties, including routine housekeeping, room setups for classes and events, minor maintenance tasks, and supporting health and safety operations. The position requires regular interaction with staff and members of the School community, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
*Core working hours are 8.00am – 4.30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid break per shift, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work at weekends and earlier start/later finish times (7am or 7pm) will be required.
