Key Duties
As a Food Production Operative, you will work across all areas of food production and packaging operations, helping to produce premium food products to the highest standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where attention to detail and maintaining high standards are essential.
This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable:
Working in a very cold food production environment, with some areas being extremely hot.
Standing for extended periods.
Carrying out regular manual handling tasks, lifting up to 15kg at a time.
Working at pace to meet production targets.
Maintaining exceptionally high quality and food safety standards at all times.
This hands-on Production Operative role is suited to individuals who enjoy active work and are prepared to work hard as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
Essential:
Previous food factory production experience.
A strong work ethic and reliable approach.
Good attendance and timekeeping.
The ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
Good attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and manual handling capability, including lifting up to 15kg.
Good English and numeracy skills.
