Streamline Recruitment are currently looking for 7.5 TONNE & CLASS 2 NIGHT DRIVERS, for our customer based in South Ockendon, Essex.
Our customer is a leading logistics provider working with one of Britain’s fastest growing suppliers of tools and building supplies.
This role will offer regular work, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of permanent work in the future.
General details:

We currently have NIGHT positions available, starting from 18:00.

You will be required to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.

You will need to assist with loading and unloading the vehicle, this will mainly consist of moving cages but there may also be some loose items, so drivers will need to be physically fit.

You will be delivering to retail premises. Please note: as these are night delivery positions, the stores will be closed at the time of delivery, so you will be responsible for unlocking/locking the stores, operating alarm systems etc.

Full paid training will be provided for this role.

Candidates will be required to pass an assessment and will also need to do a drugs & alcohol test.
Payment details:

Limited Company or Umbrella – From £20.48 to £21.48

PAYE – From £15.50 to £23.25
-
Minimum 10 hours guaranteed for all shifts.
Requirements:

A 7.5 Tonne (category C1) or Class 2 (category C) driving licence.

All driving cards must be UK versions (driving licence, digital tachograph card and DCPC card).

At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

A maximum of 6 points on your licence with no serious endorsements.
