Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for your next opportunity in a kitchen that values great food, teamwork and work-life balance?
We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join an established kitchen team in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced Executive Chef and Head Chef, developing your skills while playing an important role in delivering an excellent food offering.
What's on offer?
£30,000-£34,000 basic salary
Additional tronc payments of approximately £5,000-£6,000 per annum
4-day working week, working 40 hours across 4 days
Straight shifts - no split shifts!
Different shift patterns each week to suit your lifestyle, in line with business needs
Any 4 days out of 7, depending on operational requirements
Closed on 24th, 25th and 26th December

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be an integral part of the kitchen team, working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistently high standards across the kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.
Ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail in every dish.
Contributing ideas and bringing enthusiasm and creativity to the kitchen.
What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position.
A genuine passion for food and delivering quality dishes.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Good organisation and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to develop.
