You don't need a degree in business, previous sales experience or any recruitment knowledge. We hire on attitude, ambition and potential, then give you the training and support to build a successful career in technology recruitment.

What Will You Be Doing?
You'll build your own specialist market within the technology sector, developing relationships with businesses and technology professionals along the way.
Your day-to-day will involve:

Sourcing and placing top technology talent.

Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.

Growing your own network and becoming an expert in your market.
This is a 360 sales role, meaning you'll have ownership of your own desk, earnings and success from day one.
