Property Services Officer - Reactive & Voids
Alloa | £42,707 - £46,895 per annum | 6-Month Contract
RG Setsquare is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Services Officer (Reactive & Voids) on behalf of a well-established housing association.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property maintenance professional to join a busy Property Services team, helping to deliver high-quality repairs and void maintenance services to residents.
The position is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension, and offers an opportunity to make a real impact within a customer-focused housing organisation.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Property Services, you'll be responsible for ensuring an efficient, responsive and high-quality reactive repairs and void maintenance service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and overseeing reactive repairs and void property maintenance.
Ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Working with contractors, tenants and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues.
Monitoring repairs and void performance against agreed targets.
Contributing to the development and improvement of property services policies and procedures.
Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service to tenants and other property owners.
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and performance.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience in reactive repairs and void property maintenance.
Experience within social housing, property maintenance or a similar environment.
A good understanding of repairs processes and contractor management.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The confidence to work independently and as part of a wider Property Services team.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Grade: EVH Grade 7
Contract: Temporary, initially 6 months, with potential to extend
