As a Relief Sous Chef, you will be supporting the owner with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver a consistently high standard of food and service.
You will be confident working in a busy kitchen environment, leading the team when required and ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
As you will be representing Platinum Recruitment, we expect you to be professional, punctual and hardworking. All relief chefs must have up-to-date food hygiene and allergy certificates, along with suitable references, before being placed into work.
