We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career and wishing to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Working between the hours of 8.00am- 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break and a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon.

What you’ll do at work

Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly, professional first impression

Assisting customers with product enquiries and helping them find suitable tile solutions

Answering telephone calls and responding to customer emails.
Supporting the processing of online orders and customer enquiries

Learning about our product ranges, stock availability and promotional offers

Assisting with order preparation and liaising with the warehouse team

Supporting delivery scheduling for local and national customer deliveries

Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

Helping to resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

Maintaining showroom displays and ensuring products are presented attractively

Using business systems and technology to support customer service activities

Working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments

Following company policies relating to health and safety, data protection and customer service
