We are recruiting an experienced MOT Tester to join our independent, family-run automotive garage in Leatherhead, Surrey. We specialise in servicing and repairing cars, vans, minibuses and motorbikes of all makes and models.
This MOT Tester role offers a salary of up to £42,000 basic, depending on experience, plus a £2,000 bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

As an MOT Tester, conduct accurate and efficient MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines
Inspect vehicles and identify faults or safety concerns
Explain vehicle defects and provide professional advice to customers
Complete all MOT documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Work on a wide range of vehicle makes and modelsRequirements:
Qualified MOT Tester with relevant certification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Proven experience carrying out MOT tests and diagnosing vehicle faults
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
