HVAC Engineer / Technician – Office-Based Opportunity
£25,000–£32,000 + 10% Bonus + Annual Profit Share
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | Permanent
Working in HVAC and fancy coming off the tools?
We're recruiting for an established business looking for someone with experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation or building services who wants to move into an office-based role.
You don't need previous office experience. We're interested in people with practical industry knowledge who are organised, good with customers and keen to develop a new career away from site work.
The Role
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders and arranging deliveries
- Assisting with quotations and technical enquiries
- Liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers
- Supporting the sales and customer service teams
- General administration and order tracking
What We're Looking For
- Some experience within HVAC, refrigeration, heating or ventilation
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Someone looking to move away from the tools into a permanent office-based position
The Package
- £25,000–£32,000 basic salary
- Up to 10% performance bonus
- Annual profit share
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- No site work or travelling between jobs
