Assembly Operative
Location: Ledbury
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Friday - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Pay: £13.10 per hour
Start Date - ASAP
We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Ledbury. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly experience who are looking for stable, long-term work with an early finish every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly of products to required specifications
Using adhesives and glueing techniques as part of the assembly process
Working with small components and materials
Following work instructions and quality standards
Performing quality checks on finished products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous assembly or production experience
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Experience with glueing or detailed assembly work is advantageous
Able to work accurately and efficiently
Reliable with a positive attitude and good timekeeping
