Job Description
Munnelly Support Services (MSS) is currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman / Multi-Trader / Skilled Labourer to join a long-term construction project in Devizes, Wiltshire.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and versatile individual with experience carrying out general building maintenance, minor construction works, fencing installation and site maintenance duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Handyman or Multi-Skilled Operative seeking consistent, long-term work with competitive CIS rates.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carrying out general handyman duties and construction site maintenance.

Building and installing temporary ramps and access ramps.

Installing, erecting, adjusting and maintaining Heras temporary fencing.
-
Undertaking minor building repairs, remedial works and general maintenance.

Performing basic carpentry, fixing and installation tasks.

Assisting with general construction, refurbishment and site improvement works.

Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Supporting site management with additional maintenance and handyman tasks as required.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements
-
Valid CSCS Card.

Previous experience as a Handyman, Multi-Trader, Skilled Labourer or Maintenance Operative.

Experience installing Heras fencing, carrying out basic carpentry and general building maintenance.

Competent in using hand tools and power tools.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks to a good standard.

Reliable, punctual and able to commit to long-term work.
