360 Material Handler
£15 - £17 per hour | Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:45pm
Location: Dudley
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Material Handler to join a busy and well-established operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating heavy plant machinery, handling materials and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy yard.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on 360 Material Handler who can work safely, efficiently and as part of a team. Candidates with previous yard supervisory experience will also be considered for a higher hourly rate.
Pay rates:
£15 per hour for an experienced 360 Material Handler.
£17 per hour for candidates with additional yard supervisory experience.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:45pm.
45-minute unpaid break per day.
No weekend working.
The Role:
Operating a 360-material handler with grab attachment to move, load and sort materials.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
Moving and organising materials around the yard.
Ensuring the yard is kept tidy, safe and organised.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider team with general yard duties.
For candidates with supervisory experience, assisting with the day-to-day running and organisation of the yard.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience operating a 360-material handler with grab attachment is essential.
Valid FLT experience/licence is essential.
Previous experience working within a busy yard or material handling environment.
Teletruck experience is preferred.
Previous yard supervisory experience would be advantageous.
A good understanding of health and safety within an industrial environment.
A reliable, hardworking and practical approach to work.
