As a Quality Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting first-off, roving and final inspections of components and assemblies
Creating and maintaining programs and processes for automated measurement equipment
Liaising with other departments on engineering issues and contributing to technical discussions
Segregating defective parts, then reviewing and collating inspection data
Reporting regularly on tasks and productivity, flagging issues early
Upholding H&S, quality and housekeeping standards, with general admin support
As a Quality Inspector, your experience will include:
Experience in a busy engineering or manufacturing environment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and terminology
Confident using callipers, micrometers, height gauges and shadowgraphs
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Awareness of Health & Safety practices
