The role of the Steel Worker :
Ensure that products are manufactured to a high and efficient standard.
Ensure all paperwork/route cards in relation to the department are completed correctly - stamped and booked off in accordance with procedures.
Understand specific inspection instructions as per route cards and Standard Operating Procedures and work to these instructions.
To ensure all work safe instructions and operating procedures are always followed.
Be fully aware of and work to achieve the departmental Operating Targets.
Keen to speak to a Steel Worker :
Working in heavy engineering - Steelworks /Foundry / Forge.
Used to working with job processes and instructions.
Flt/Overhead Crane trained.
Billet Cutting/ Grinding experience.
The Offer for the role of Steel Worker :
Salary DOE - £40,000 - £45,000 per Annum.
Shift Work including weekend work - Days Only.
Bonus performance and company profit related per year.
