Service & Parts Advisor – Motor Trade
£35,000–£45,000 DOE | Monday to Friday | No Weekends!
Are you an experienced Service or Parts Advisor looking for your next opportunity with a friendly, family-run independent business?
We're recruiting on behalf of an established independent motor trade business looking to welcome a motivated, customer-focused and organised individual to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit business where you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation. They're looking for someone with a good understanding of the motor trade, who can confidently prepare estimates, source parts and deliver excellent customer service.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing a high level of customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Preparing detailed quotes and estimates for repair and service work.

Assessing the work required and pricing jobs accordingly.

Sourcing and identifying the correct parts needed to complete the work.

Placing parts orders and liaising with suppliers.
-
Ensuring quotes are accurate, competitive and provided in a timely manner.

Supporting the smooth running of the service and parts operation.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience within the motor trade, ideally in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.

Experience preparing quotes and estimates for vehicle repair work.

The ability to identify, source and order the correct parts.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Someone who is keen to undertake training and develop their knowledge and skills further.
What's On Offer?

£35,000–£45,000 salary, depending on experience.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

No weekend working!

20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
