Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy and growing team based in Droitwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience in industrial painting and spraying, particularly working with structural steel.
Key Responsibilities
Spray painting structural steel components to a high-quality finish.
Preparing steel surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning and preparation.
Applying paint coatings using industrial spray equipment.
Ensuring all work meets the required quality and finish standards.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Inspecting finished products to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
Previous experience in industrial paint spraying.
Experience spraying structural steel would be advantageous.
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Awareness of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing or construction environment.
