Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Mixing & Dispensing Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Tiverton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that invests in its people, offering full training, career progression and the potential for a permanent contract. The role involves mixing and dispensing products, following production processes and supporting the wider production team to achieve targets.
What We Offer
£13.19 per hour starting rate.
Increase to £14.90 per hour when fully trained.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
6am-2:30pm shift.
Early finish every day at 2:30pm.
No weekend work.
Full training provided.
Counterbalance Forklift training available.
Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Weigh and measure ingredients and materials accurately.
Mix and dispense products to precise specifications.
Follow production instructions and recipes.
Complete production and quality records.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
Support the wider production team to meet targets.
Requirements
Essential:
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Desirable:
Previous manufacturing, production, mixing or dispensing experience.
Counterbalance Forklift Licence.Candidates without a Counterbalance Forklift Licence are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided for the right individual.
