My client, a highly regarded law firm, is currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join their well-established and growing Commercial Property Team based in their Wokingham office.

You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments

Commercial property finance and secured lending transactions

Residential property matters where acting for companies

Development and site acquisition work

Property aspects of corporate transactions

General commercial property advice for a range of business clients
In addition to running your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the Firm and play an active role in business development. This includes networking, building and maintaining client relationships, and helping to raise the profile of both the department and the Firm.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in commercial property matters and possess strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of commercial property transactions.
