Careermakers Recruitment are seeking an experienced customer care technician.
The ideal candidate will have:

1–2 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills
-
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A driving licences and is comfortable driving around
Key responsibilities
-
Attend to and complete customer repair requests to a high standard.

Manage workloads and update internal systems accordingly.
-
Coordinate appointments with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

Work closely with the Customer Care and Construction teams.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service and quality.
-
Support NHBC and Trustpilot targets, maintaining a 5-star customer experience.

Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales.
