Reigate, 5 days a week in the office
Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm with some paid overtime

Tate Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist industrial repair solutions business to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and coordination, and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring technicians are mobilised efficiently across the UK and internationally, coordinating travel, logistics and customer communication to deliver an exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating technician schedules and emergency repair mobilisations
Handling incoming customer enquiries and emergency calls professionally and efficiently
Organising flights, hotels, vehicle hire and accommodation for technicians
Liaising with customers, technicians, carriers and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitoring ongoing jobs and proactively resolving logistical challenges
Managing equipment movements, packing lists and shipping documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems including CRM platforms
Supporting day-to-day operational administration and reporting
Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersAbout you:
Previous experience within operations, logistics, coordination or scheduling
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Calm under pressure and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Confident using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office
