Service Advisor
Independant Garage - Leicester
£30,000 Basic Salary | Monday-Friday
The Role
We're looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to join an independent garage. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive experience who enjoys dealing with customers and wants a Monday-to-Friday working week.
You'll be the main point of contact for customers, handling service bookings, discussing repair requirements, providing updates and ensuring customers receive a great experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive industry.
Technician or workshop experience would be highly desirable.
Good understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload.
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
What's On Offer
£30,000 basic salary.
Monday-Friday working week.
