This is a hands-on, second-line support role, with a particular focus on ERP systems administration, application troubleshooting and user support.
The Role

Maintaining accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Supporting application upgrades, testing and system improvements.
Working closely with the Service Desk and wider IT teams to improve application support. About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in application support, business systems support or ERP administration.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a second-line IT support or application support position.
Hands-on experience supporting and administering an ERP or other core business system.
Experience managing user accounts, permissions, access rights and system configurations.
A good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience investigating application issues and interrogating system or database information.
An understanding of ITIL processes, including incident and problem management.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Experience with Kerridge K8 would be particularly advantageous, although candidates with experience supporting other ERP platforms such as SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or similar systems will also be considered.
Experience within wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing or a multi-site business would be beneficial.
