Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established business within the fenestration industry to recruit an experienced Sales Order Processor.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a growing business, playing a key role in ensuring customer orders for composite doors are processed accurately and efficiently, from initial order through to manufacture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately using internal software systems.

Reviewing order specifications, survey information and technical drawings.

Checking dimensions, hardware, glazing specifications and manufacturing requirements.

Liaising with customers, installers, surveyors, production teams and suppliers.

Maintaining accurate customer records and order documentation.
-
Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated.
-
Ensuring orders are correct and ready for manufacture.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience within composite doors, windows and doors or the fenestration industry.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to interpret technical specifications and survey information.

Strong communication and administration skills.

A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes ownership of their workload.
Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following systems would be advantageous:

Business Micros

Window Designer
-
First Degree
-
Windowmaker
Knowledge of composite doors, uPVC and aluminium systems, alongside an understanding of manufacturing processes, would also be beneficial.
What's on Offer?

Salary of £28,000 – £32,000 DOE.
