Key Responsibilities

Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
-
Diagnosing and rectifying roof leaks and defects
-
Repairing and replacing tiles, slates, felt, flashing, gutters, fascias, and soffits
-
Completing responsive repairs and refurbishment works
-
Working within occupied and void social housing properties
-
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
-
Managing jobs through a PDA system (training provided)
Essential Skills & Experience
Core Trade:
- Roofing maintenance and repair experience
Multi-Trade Skills:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Patch plastering

General building repairs
Requirements
-
Experience working within social housing, property maintenance, or residential repairs

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum in Roofing or a relevant trade

Full UK Driving Licence

DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)

Right to work in the UK
