Junior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire

This highly regarded, CQS-accredited law firm has been established for over 30 years and has offices in Warwickshire and Leicestershire. They currently employ around 30 staff and have active growth plans in place for future expansion.

What you'll be doing:
Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload supported by colleagues and senior fee earners
Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updatedWho we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates will have:
Previous experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload
Excellent client care skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
A sound understanding of the conveyancing process and up to date legislationWhat's on offer:
This is a full-time permanent job offered with shared onsite parking or nearby free parking and hybrid working opportunities. Applications will also be considered from candidates seeking reduced and/or flexible working.
