CNC Operator – (Night Shift)
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: From £15 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45pm – 6:00am
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Operators, with a strong focus on CNC milling machines, to join a team based in Leicester for reputable company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous CNC machining experience, who is looking for a stable position with a four-day working week.
The Role

Operating CNC milling machines.

Setting and running machines to produce precision components.

Monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Carrying out quality checks and measurements.

Ensuring machines are running efficiently and safely.

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience operating CNC milling machines.

Good understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience using measuring equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Reliable, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
