Location - Southgate
Salary - £27,500 - £32,500 depending on experience OTE £70,000
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 6:00pm

They are looking for a Sales and lettings Commercial Negotiator for their Southgate office. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to pursue a successful career with a great agent.
Industry experience is essential, as a minimum you will need to have previous targeted sales experience, and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
You will be required to:
- Business development, sourcing new land, retail and investment deals
- Liaise with property investors and sellers
- Build relationships
- Conduct viewings (all over London)
- Understand & learn the ability to value commercial freehold and leasehold property
- Always represent the brand professionally
- Comprehensive property descriptions and liaising with our media team for brochure creation
