We've come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006.
Back then, they couldn���t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa's Thai Café was reborn.
Today, we're a growing group of restaurants across the UK.
