Call Centre Advisor - Immediate Start
Location: Norwich (Fully Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary until late December, with opportunities for further contracts
Are you available to start immediately and looking for a busy, customer-focused role? We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Agent to join a friendly and supportive team based in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The current contract is confirmed until late December, with the potential for further opportunities on other contracts thereafter.
Key Responsibilities
Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
Making outbound calls when required
Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
Maintaining a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach at all times
Updating records and handling basic administration tasks
Supporting the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Previous customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, or administration experience is desirable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
