We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding independent garage near Stafford. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work with prestige, performance and electric vehicles in a modern, professional facility.
This Service Advisor position offers a £32,000 basic salary, with increased earning potential available for Senior Service Advisors. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with no weekend work.

Manage the customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover
Arrange service, repair and MOT bookings
Prepare accurate job cards, estimates and repair authorisations
Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
Provide clear updates, explanations and technical advice
Coordinate parts orders and supplier communications
Process invoices, payments and warranty claims
Maintain an organised and professional reception and waiting areaRequirements:
At least two years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise or independent garage
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
IT literacy and the ability to learn internal management systems
A full, clean UK driving licenceTo succeed as a Service Advisor, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within the automotive sector. Applications without relevant service reception experience will not be considered. Full training on our systems and processes will be provided.
Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, although we will consider individuals from other customer-facing automotive roles, including Sales Administrators and Sales Executives, who can demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
