We're looking for a highly organised administrator to join a busy planning team supporting the coordination of field-based engineers.
This role would suit someone who is confident making and receiving a high volume of calls each day, has a proactive approach to problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements:
Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage, manipulate and maintain large volumes of data
Confidence handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure
Previous administration, planning or scheduling experience is advantageousWhat's On Offer:
