The Opportunity
As Electrical Estimator, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders and quotations across a wide range of electrical and technology projects.
You'll work closely with operational and commercial teams, helping secure new contracts while ensuring projects are handed over seamlessly following a successful bid.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing competitive tenders for commercial electrical and M&E projects
Producing quotations for planned maintenance and reactive works
Pricing project variations and additional works
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender packages
Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
Producing detailed cost breakdowns and tender submissions
Supporting successful project handovers to delivery teams
Helping improve estimating processes and efficiency across the businessA Chance to Shape the Estimating Function
The business operates using Simpro with Luckins integration and is looking for someone who can help drive improvements across the platform.
You'll play a key role in:
Developing and maintaining Simpro pre-builds
Creating quotation templates
Standardising pricing structures
Improving estimating consistency
Streamlining tender processes
Driving efficiency across the estimating departmentThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems as much as winning work.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator or M&E Estimator
Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations
Experience pricing tenders, variations and small works projects
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Experience using estimating software (Simpro highly desirable)
