Workforce Staffing is recruiting an experienced MIG Welder for a well-established manufacturer in Alcester. This is a steady day-shift role with no nights or weekends, in a busy workshop that values good, reliable welders.
The role
MIG welding mild steel components and fabrications to a high standard
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Setting up and checking your own work for quality and accuracy
Light fabrication and preparation work, including grinding and finishing
Following health and safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Able to read engineering drawings
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
Own transport preferred because of the site location

£14.50 per hour
Day shift only, so you have your evenings and weekends free
Weekly pay
Ongoing work with a view to a permanent role for the right person
Overtime may be available
