We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service in Bolton.
The Role:
Provide person-centred support to residents.
Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility.
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Complete accurate records and report any concerns.
Work as part of a supportive care team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous care experience is desirable.
Caring, patient, and professional approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Right to work in the UK.
